I can’t hear the chatbot audio

In the Role Play Chat and Topic Chat modules, the chatbot’s responses are played aloud using text-to-speech technology, which can be disabled in the chat settings if desired. If the audio is too low or inaudible, please adjust your device’s volume using the side buttons.

Note that we do not play audio for the chatbot statements in the Translation Module, since the statements to be translated are in your native language.

If you continue to experience any unexpected audio issues, you may need to reboot your device.
