Email:
- Sign in using the email address and password you registered with.
Google:
- Sign in with the Google account linked to your Bubblz account by tapping the Google sign-in button.
Apple:
- Sign in using your Apple ID. If you used the “Hide My Email” feature, Apple will manage the alias email for you.
Troubleshooting Steps
Using the Correct Sign-In Method:
- Email:
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset it.
- Google:
- Ensure you are signed in with the correct Google account on your device.
- Tap the Google sign-in button and select the appropriate Google account.
- Apple:
- Tap the Apple sign-in button. Apple will recognize if you used your iCloud ID or an alias email via the “Hide My Email” feature.
