By using the Bubblz application, you acknowledge and agree that Bubblz may share your usage data with Apple, strictly for the purpose of processing refund requests. This data sharing is limited to the information necessary to verify your usage of the application and fulfill refund-related requirements as per Apple’s policies. Bubblz is committed to maintaining your privacy and will handle all shared data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

As mentioned in the Data Handling and Storage clause, we store chat interactions in Firebase. This data may occasionally be accessed by our team for the purposes of quality assurance, moderation, and to ensure the optimal functioning of our AI service. We do not share, sell, or use this data for any other purposes, and any access to this data is strictly for the enhancement of user experience.
When using the AI feature within the app to practice a foreign language, users are expected to engage in respectful and constructive interactions. Any misuse or inappropriate behavior may result in restrictions or termination of access to the AI feature.
While our AI strives to provide accurate and relevant responses, users should be aware that the information generated is based on algorithms and data and may not always be correct, complete, or up-to-date. Users are advised to use their discretion when relying on AI-generated content and cross-reference with trusted sources when necessary.
Bubblz offers various subscription plans to access the full features of the Service, including monthly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions. Your payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis according to the subscription plan selected at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. To prevent renewal for the next period, you must disable auto-renewal or cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends. Subscription management, including cancellation, is directly handled through your account settings after purchase. If a subscription is canceled, access to the Service's features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
If your subscription begins with a free trial, you will not be charged until the end of the trial period unless you cancel the subscription before the trial ends. To avoid being charged, the subscription must be canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period expires.
As a benefit to our users, Bubblz offers notifications to remind you 2 days before your free trial ends. Receipt of this reminder notification is contingent upon your agreement to receive app notifications. This feature is designed to enhance your experience by providing ample time to decide on continuing your subscription without interruption. To enable these notifications, please ensure that you have agreed to receive app notifications in your device settings.
The Company reserves the right to adjust the pricing for the Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Importantly, any price changes will not apply to existing subscriptions as long as they remain active. This means that Your current subscription fee will remain unchanged for the duration of Your subscription, including any automatic renewals, provided there are no interruptions in Your subscription service. Price adjustments will solely apply to new subscriptions initiated after such changes.
Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. The Company may, at its sole discretion, consider certain refund requests for subscriptions on a case-by-case basis.
You have the ability to manage your subscriptions and may cancel or adjust them via your account settings. It is important to review your subscription preferences regularly to ensure they match your current needs.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account. For customer support purposes, we may need to access user data. Please refrain from posting or sharing confidential or sensitive information within the app, as this data may be accessed by our support team when necessary. Remember, the app is designed for personal use, and interactions within the app are not intended to be shared or displayed publicly.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
Our AI chat service is powered by OpenAI's GPT models. OpenAI is a leading entity in the field of artificial intelligence and provides the underlying technology for our chat feature. While we utilize OpenAI's models, the responsibility for the implementation, user interactions, and any content generated lies with us. Users should also be aware of any associated terms from OpenAI when using our service.
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
