If you’re seeing the Missing Subscription popup, it means our system does not have a record of an active subscription linked to your Bubblz account.
This can happen if you created more than one Bubblz account and the subscription is linked to the other account.
When you see the Missing Subscription popup and you tap 回復購買, Bubblz checks with the App Store (Apple or Google Play) to verify your subscription. If the store confirms an active subscription, your access will be restored. If the store does not have a record of your subscription, the restore will not be successful.
Try Restoring Purchase
Tap the 回復購買 button to see if your active subscription can be re-verified.
Still No Luck?
If the restore isn’t successful, the app store couldn’t find an active subscription for your account. Only app store accounts with a valid, active subscription can regain access. Make sure you’re signed in with the app store account used to make the purchase initially.
Note: Our terms of service allow only one Bubblz user account per subscription. If you were attempting to use a Bubblz accounts created on a different user’s device, we reserve the right to disable all associated Bubblz accounts for violating our terms of service.
